Project Description

To strengthen relationships with C-level clients and drive strategic growth, I initiated and standardized a Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) template for the Customer Success Management (CSM) team. Previously, each CSM conducted QBRs in their own way, leading to inconsistent feedback, scalability issues, and challenges in onboarding new CSMs.

Impact:

By introducing a structured template that presented detailed reports on sales performance and operational improvements, we ensured a consistent approach across the team. This initiative not only facilitated more effective strategic discussions with executive stakeholders but also contributed to an 18.5% growth in accounts, demonstrating the significant impact of regular, structured reviews.
