Collaborated with the revenue operations team to architect an intelligent, BI-enhanced Google Sheet that serves as a nerve center for tracking billing and collections. This smart BI tool plays a pivotal role in pinpointing discrepancies in billings and collections, thereby ensuring that Customer Success Managers secure all Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) within their Book of Business (BOB).

Dashboard 1: Billing Overview

A complete billing dashboard providing an aggregated view across SMB, ENT, and Revenue Recapture teams. This dashboard lays out the financial landscape, presenting insights into invoiced amounts versus collections, allowing us to identify any lapses in the billing cycle.

Dashboard 2: SMB Collections

An SMB-specific collections dashboard, which drills down into the collections performance of individual CSMs. This tool is instrumental in offering a breakdown by accounts and showcasing the collection percentages MTD, QTD, and YTD.

Dashboard 3: ENT Collections

An ENT-focused collections dashboard that mirrors the functionalities of Dashboard 2, but is tailored to the needs and scale of enterprise-level accounts.
