This project showcases my proficiency in advanced data integration and analysis within the Customer Success Operations field. By utilizing Trino SQL to pull detailed billing data, I transformed complex datasets into actionable insights using Jupyter Notebook for processing and Streamlit for an interactive display. The integration of Azure OpenAI further enhances this tool by automatically summarizing billing trends, offering clear visual indicators of account growth or contraction. This allows CSMs to quickly understand account dynamics and strategize accordingly to maximize customer retention and revenue growth.

Impact:

This dashboard presents an aggregated view of revenue growth and account expansion, segmented by individual CSMs and their respective teams. It serves as a strategic overview for team leads to gauge the success of the Revenue Recapture service and the performance contributions from different CSMs.
